Delivery

We deliver throughout Saratov, Saratov Region, Russia, or abroad (excluding unfriendly countries):

• self-delivery (you pick up your order yourself);

• delivery by taxi or courier;

• CDEK, CSE, DHL, Dostavista, DPD, ExMail, or Pony Express courier service;

• 5 Post, Ozon, SberLogistics, Wildberries, or Yandex delivery service;

• delivery by carriers: PEK (we visit it ourselves, free of charge), as well as Baikal Service, Delovye Linii, Energia, KIT, Magic Trans, Nord Wheel, Rail Continent, or Vozovoz (we invite them to our place, at extra charge);

• Russian Post.

Important about delivery:

• we ship within 3 business days after receiving cleared payment;

• goods are paid in full before shipment;

• delivery costs are paid to the carrier;

• please check your shipping costs, delivery time, and other terms with the carrier;

• carriers require the following information about the consignee: full name and phone number, as well as address of the pick-up point;

• for returns and refunds, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs!
