The Incongruities of Modern Life

The world is changing, and not always in a natural way. Increasingly, people's appearance is becoming different. Increasingly, when looking at a person, it is not immediately possible to tell who is in front of you: a man or a woman. And this is crazy, because higher powers created a MAN and a WOMAN.

Some men borrow traditionally feminine in their culture attributes, use them and flaunt them. Some women borrow traditionally masculine in their culture attributes, use them and flaunt them.

Brief examples:

men with pigtails;
men with earrings;
men in leggings or footlets;
men in trousers a la "I pooped in my pants" or in slacks-skirt;

women with cigarettes, cigars, or smoking pipes;
women who drink strong alcoholic beverages;
women in tattoos;
women who had their heads shaven not for medical reasons.

Quite a few men and women now wear tattered apparel (new, deliberately torn clothes) or massively cover their bodies with punctures or tattoos – sometimes gloomy or imageless (they do not have any imagery, it is not possible to discern a figurative image in them).

People transform their inner world, which has suffered under the onslaught of life, advertising, and the Internet, into a distorted appearance and come to public places, believing that their altered appearance will please and make others happy.

Let's measure our appearance search with the precepts of our glorious ancestors, as well as with the opinions of many other living people. The overall harmony is everyone's effort!

It's also worth remembering two simple things:

1) one person's freedom, including freedom of self-expression, ends where another person's freedom begins;

2) it is important that those who strive for self-expression do not dissolve themselves in a hollow near-taste, but preserve their human dignity and affirm what is reasonable, kind, and eternal…
