A Crime Without Statutory Limitations

The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics is – on such a scale – the most well-bred, healthy, and educated society in the history of mankind.

On March 17, 1991, in the all-Union referendum, the overwhelming majority of residents of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics voted in favor of preserving the USSR. More than 113.5 million people voted "yes" – it's 76.4% of those who took part in the voting.

On December 8, 1991, Boris Yeltsin (Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic), Leonid Kravchuk (Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic), and Stanislav Shushkevich (Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic) trampled this will of the peoples of the USSR and signed papers on the destruction of our Motherland (the Belovezha Accords) at a small get-together in Belovezhskaya Pushcha. They did this in violation of the applicable legislation, which is why they are considered violators or those who broke the law, i.e. criminals.

None of the 15 Union Republics complied with the provisions of the USSR Law on the procedure for resolving issues related to the withdrawal of the Union Republic from the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. All the Union Republics left the USSR illegally.

These facts mean that legally the Soviet Union still exists, and everything that happens within its borders is an internal matter of the peoples of the Soviet Union.

The Belovezha criminals bear responsibility for the unspeakable grief, unimaginable suffering, and distorted destinies of millions of people who died, suffered torments, lost everything or much in the conflicts and insane reforms that broke out on the territory of the USSR after the signing of the Belovezha Accords. Some of these conflicts are still ongoing…
